complete the birth plan
discuss physiology
give you the information you need to make informed choices
prepare you for labour, birth and the early days of parenthood

including breastfeeding/formula feeding

If you would like me to accompany you to antenatal appointments and/or scans.

Sibling Doula Service:

Worried about childcare when labour starts?

I will be on-call to look after your older child while you give birth and focus on welcoming your new baby.

Some women opt for a scheduled C-section so they can book in advance the childminder for their older child...You don't need to do so!

A Sibling Doula is what you need so you can have a relaxed birth experience, whenever the time comes, and it allows you to have your partner with you during this special moment :)

As your Sibling Doula, I offer emotional support to you and your child for the upcoming new arrival in your lives, and I deal with daily light household tasks, meal preparation and so on.

This support can flow seamlessly into postnatal care if you would like extra help once your baby is here

Day time: up to £25p/h

Night time: up to £35p/h

Postnatal service:

I will be there to help you with:

breastfeeding latching and positions
nappy change and bath time
washable nappies
basic babywearing support
baby sitting: I can care for your baby while you enjoy a relaxing bath or take some well-deserved time for yourself

I can be at your home to look after your baby while you sleep and get the rest you need.

Virtual service:

To assist parents who need to talk about something without the need of a physical support.

It’s an alternative way to consult a doula,

same quality of service, just a different way to meet up :)
