Birth Bundle:

To help you assess your needs and wishes for the birth,

to understand and define your

expectations and provide you with useful information to help you make informed decisions for a positive labour and birth experience,

I offer you a Birth Package which includes:

Four antenatal sessions of at least two hours each, to prepare the birth plan, discuss physiology, to set up for the birth and for the first days with your newborn(s).
Exclusive on-call time from 38 to 42 weeks

(if your baby is born outside of this

window, I will do my best to be there! 🙂).

I can support you during labour, birth and up to two hours after birth, or earlier if you prefer.
Two postnatal meetings, two hours each, within two weeks of the birth, to discuss the experience of labour and birth and to answer any questions you may have.

Sibling Doula Bundle:

I have created these bundles to help you achieve your desired birth experience at your own pace and give you peace of mind that your older child will be well looked after no matter when labour begins, while also giving your partner the chance to be with you during the birth:

DAY-Bundle:

Two antenatal appointments of two hours each + on-call from week 38 to week 42

+ 12h day time cover (8am to 8pm)

NIGHT-Bundle:

Two antenatal appointments of two hours each + on-call from week 38 to week 42

+ 12h night time cover (8pm to 8am)

which includes 5 sessions of 3 hours each

(further discounted if you also choose the Birth Bundle).

Night Bundle:

For example: 8 hours, from 22.00 to 06.00

when you can sleep and rest

while I look after your baby so you and your partner can get the rest you need.

£200, any additional hour £35p/h

Virtual Bundle:

I also offer individual virtual meetings, but I have created a

Virtual Bundle which includes

3 sessions of 3 hours each,

further discounted if you also choose the Birth Bundle!
